Terms of Use for Leon's Link Lens

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leon's Link Lens ("the Extension"), operated by Michael Leon ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Permitted Uses

• You may install and use one copy of the Extension per licensed user.
• You may use the Extension to scan external links on webpages, distinguish link attributes, and view robots meta tag warnings.
• You may open links via the Extension in new, incognito, or current browser windows as provided.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Extension.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Extension.
• Use the Extension in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Extension and its documentation are owned by Michael Leon.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Michael Leon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Michael Leon from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

8. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing michael.leon.250@gmail.com with your ExtensionPay receipt and Extension ID ("leons-link-lens"). After 14 days, all sales are final.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting at our privacy policy URL. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
